Custom Orders

Custom-made items are eligible for return only under the following conditions:

1. The product was damaged during transit and

2. Photos of the damaged item and packaging are submitted within 3 days of delivery and

3. The return is for an exact replacement of the original item.

Non-Custom Items

All other (non-custom) items may be returned within 5 days of delivery

for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

• Items must be returned in their original condition.
